What first got you into music?

I remember ever since I was young I would always sing and dance around the house. But as I grew older I didn’t have the confidence to pursue it so I got into modeling. From there, I built my confidence and transitioned into music.

Who inspired you to make music?

I love all types of music from classical to Latin to rock. My repertoire of music is very vast. I love the opportunity to relay a message through music. Some of the people who inspired me growing up would have to be Michael Jackson, Ivy Queen, Wisin y Yandel, Tego Calderon, Rihanna.

How would you describe the music that you typically create?

I would say my music is more RnB with a Latin flare. I love to incorporate my culture into the music I make.

What is your creative process like?

Well before I even go to the studio, I kinda already have know what I’m going to record written down.When I get to the studio, I typically love it to be the Engineer and myself. I know a lot of artists love having their entourage in their sessions but I can’t.

Who would you most like to collaborate with?

I would love the opportunity to work with a few artists. Beyoncé, Rihanna, The Weeknd, Jhene Aiko, Ivy Queen, 50 Cent, Drake and French Montana.

If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?

Hands down, Cardi B.

What is one message you would give to your fans?

Never give up. You are capable of doing ALL things!

What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?

I would still probably be working as a dance instructor.

Where have you performed?

I have had the opportunity to perform in Miami at KOD. I have performed in Atlanta New York and Jersey.

How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?

I feel like the Internet has made it easier to be seen by A & Rs in the industry. Beyoncé’s team scoped out Chloe and Halle from YouTube. I feel like the Internet is a blessing for upcoming artists that’s wanting to make it.

What is your favourite song to perform?

Honestly, my favorite to perform is My single Like A Hoe.

What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?

I actually don’t get into trouble believe it or not. I stay in my own lane.

What is the best advice you’ve been given?

Believe what you see, not what you hear.

If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?

I would change the fact that there’s not a lot of unity. I feel like we can all make it and we could all win if we worked together.
